PATRIK BRUHLMANN | Chief Executive Officer

Profile: Born in Switzerland, Mr Patrik Bruhlmann's career history is extensive and impressive with high profile roles across the globe. Arriving in Australia in 2010, Patrik was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Victoria Body Corporate Services before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer at Vesture Limited (encompassing Ernst Body Corporate Management, Victoria Body Corporate Services and Strata Title Management Group).

Patrik offers Ernst a wealth of experience in all facets of business management - operational management, financial management, sales and marketing and administration. Patrik is an excellent team motivator which ensures Ernst clients are consistently provided the highest levels of client care.

PETER BRODBECK | Chief Operating Officer

Profile: Peter commenced his career with Vesture at VBCS as Chief Executive Officer before
being promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Vesture Limited (parent company of Ernst
Body Corporate Management, Victoria Body Corporate Services and Strata Title
Management Group). With a strong background in finance and operations, Peter's role
at Ernst covers day-to-day operational aspects of the business including accounting,
cash management functions and information technology.

Peter's role focuses on improving efficiencies through strong systems and new innovations to ensure our clients receive industry leading service.

IAN ALDRED | General Manager Strata Operations

Profile: Ian has worked as a Body Corporate Manager since 1997 and has undertaken the establishment and administration of all forms of bodies corporate. Ian has been involved as a Body Corporate Manager in numerous Assignments of Management Rights and actions against builders via the Building Services Authority. Ian is cognizant with the requirements of the legal profession in these matters while ensuring the best interests of bodies corporate are maintained.

Through these experiences, Ian has developed a thorough knowledge of the BCCMA and his personable approach with committees enables effective working relationships and continuity of service. His background in accountancy has ensured critical attention to detail in all financial matters and accuracy in financial reporting.

BARRY TEVELEN | State Operating Officer

Profile: Barry has been working with Ernst Body Corporate Management since 1994 joining the company with experience in the areas of administration, management and operations across a number of industries including accounting, retail and the private sector.

Barry has worked in various departments at Ernst including Insurance, IT and Administration, and has managed an extensive and varied portfolio of clients as the Senior Supervising Body Corporate Manager, before being promoted to General Manager of Operations. With such a vast range of experience working cross-departmentally at all levels of the organisation, Barry has a wealth of operational experience which is an asset to Ernst.

ALAN BUCKLE | Development Director

Profile:

Alan has worked in the strata management industry since 1983 with 15 of those years at Ernst Body Corporate Management. Alan has a strong reputation in the industry due to his passion for the industry and extensive knowledge base built across the years.

Identified as a leader in his field, Alan has been responsible for mentoring and coaching new body corporate managers to be superb service providers. Recently, Alan has provided clients with consultancy advice with recent activities including a 250,000 lot project in Egypt. Regions of activity included: Queensland; New South Wales; Victoria; Northern Territory; Indonesia; Singapore, Dubai and Vanuatu.

Alan's primary goal at Ernst is to create client-centric activities tailored to the needs of our clients and to deliver valued services for the design and management of communities.

RUSSELL BARRETT | Business Development Manager

Profile: Russell commenced his role with Ernst as a Body Corporate Manager over 15 years ago and has been working in the property industry for over 22 years. Russell has been an integral member of Ernst whose roles have involved responsibilities as a Senior Body Corporate Manager as well as managing strata company Strataworld (Gold Coast division).

Due to Russell's extensive experience in strata and breadth of knowledge he was appointed Business Development Manager 3 years ago. Throughout this period Russell has been working with developers on all types of property developments, both in size and complexity. Russell works with developers on projects from conception through to completion and is successful in providing recommendations that save developers money and increase profitability.
